It shall be unlawful for any person to focus, point or shine
a laser beam directly or indirectly upon another person or animal
in such a manner as to unreasonably cause harassment or annoyance
to said person or animal.
Whoever is convicted of a violation of this chapter may be fined
$10 for the first violation of this chapter and $100 for each subsequent
violation. The pointing or shining of a laser beam shall be deemed
a single offense for each individual person or animal who is affected
by such action.
