This chapter will be known as the "Public Works Equipment Usage Fees."
The purpose of this chapter is to set forth a fee schedule for the use of public works equipment usage fees by other government agencies only.
Private businesses and individuals are prohibited from renting public works equipment.
The fee schedule for public works equipment usage is as follows:

Any government agency using Burlington Township equipment will be responsible for repair and/or replacement costs for any damage to said equipment.
