A person owning or occupying the whole or part
of a building or land abutting public streets in the Town of Ledgeview
is hereby prohibited from moving snow, debris or any injurious substance
onto or across such public streets and road rights-of-way at any time
unless such a person has received permission from the Town to do so.
[Amended 9-19-2017 by Ord. No. 2017-07]

the Town shall be charged against such property owner as a special
tax by the entry of such amount in the tax roll and shall be collectible
with all other property taxes.
Any person or persons violating any provision of this article shall be subject to a forfeiture under §
1-16A of the Ledgeview Municipal Code.
