It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle in the police parking lot adjacent to the western employee entrance to City Hall designated as Lot 1, and the police employee parking lot adjacent to the northern side of City Hall designated as Lot 7, except for Police Department employees and Police Department vehicles.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle in the spots designated for a City official other than said official or his/her designee. It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle in the Clifton officials and visitor parking lot adjacent to the southern main entrance to City Hall designated as Lot 2, except for visitors to City Hall.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle in the Clifton Adult Opportunity Center and City Hall parking lot adjacent to the Clifton Adult Opportunity Center designated as Lot 3, except those individuals who are visitors to or utilizing the Clifton Adult Opportunity Center and/or such Clifton City Hall employees as may be designated by the City Manager.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle in the visitor parking lot southeast of City Hall designated as Lot 4, except for visitors to City Hall and/or such Clifton City Hall employees as may be designated by the City Manager.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle in the employee assigned parking lot adjacent to the eastern employee entrance to City Hall designated as Lot 5, except for the employee assigned by the City Manager to each designated parking space.

A. 
Lot 6: It shall be unlawful for any person to park in the City Hall Employee Lot northeast of City Hall, designated as Lot 6, except for designated City Hall employees.
B. 
Lot 8: It shall be unlawful for any person to park in the City Hall Employee and Visitor Parking Lot east of Veterans Memorial Drive, designated as Lot 8, except for City Hall employees and visitors to City Hall.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle in the senior citizen center, animal shelter and visitor parking lot adjacent to the northern side of the senior citizen center designated as Lot 9, except for those individuals utilizing or visiting the senior citizen center and/or the animal shelter and/or City Hall, and for those Clifton High School students who have obtained a permit from the Clifton High School to utilize specifically designated spaces between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle in the Clifton Arts Center parking lot adjacent to the northern side of the Clifton Arts Center designated as Lot 10, except for those individuals utilizing or visiting the Clifton Arts Center and for those Clifton High School students who have obtained a permit from the Clifton High School to utilize the 17 specifically designated spaces between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle in the City well parking lot adjacent to the well designated as Lot 11, except for those individuals utilizing the City well who may park their vehicle for up to 15 minutes.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle in the recycling center parking lot adjacent to the recycling center designated as Lot 12, except for recycling center employees and visitors utilizing the recycling center.

It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle in the Adult Opportunity Center Parking Lot, designated as Lot 13, except for Clifton Adult Opportunity Center employees and their transport vehicles.

Any person convicted of a violation of any provision of this article shall be subject to a fine of up to $200.
