The Borough of Ephrata Police Pension Plan As
Amended and Restated Effective January 1, 2008, is hereby enacted
by reference.[1]

The Borough Manager of the Borough of Ephrata, as the agent
of the employer, is authorized and directed to execute The Ephrata
Borough Police Pension Plan Trust Agreement effective May 15, 2012.
The Borough Manager of the Borough of Ephrata,
as the agent of the employer is authorized and directed to execute
the Borough of Ephrata Police Pension Plan As Amended and Restated
Effective January 1, 2008.
