Land disturbance permit fees covering costs to Union Township
for plan reviews, permit issuance and inspections shall be established
pursuant to resolution of the Union Township Board of Supervisors.
No permit to begin any work on the project shall be issued until the
requisite fees have been paid.
If it is determined that a modification to the existing stormwater management plan is required under §
225-19 of this chapter, a new land disturbance permit shall not be issued until the additional fees have been paid by the applicant.
The fees payable by an applicant shall, at a minimum, cover:
A. The review of the stormwater management plan.
C. The inspection of required controls and improvements during construction.
D. The final inspection upon completion of the controls and improvements
required in the plan.
E. Any additional work required to enforce the permit provisions, correct
violations and assure the completion of stipulated remedial actions.
