at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]
From and after the effective date of this article, the speed
limit shall be 25 miles per hour on all Township-maintained roads,
which excludes state roads and private roads, unless otherwise posted.
The Board of Supervisors of Union Township shall erect and install
or cause to be erected and installed official signs notifying the
public of the twenty-five-miles-per-hour speed limit.
Any person who shall operate a vehicle in violation of the traffic
regulations established in this article shall be punishable as set
forth in the appropriate sections of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code
(75 Pa.C.S.A. § 101 et seq.).
