Public roads within a subdivision shall be of sufficient width, suitably located and adequately constructed to conform to the Comprehensive/Master Plan and to accommodate the prospective traffic and afford access for fire fighting, snow removal and other road maintenance equipment. The arrangement of roads shall be such as to cause no undue hardship to adjoining properties and shall be coordinated so as to compose a convenient system.
All new public roads to which this chapter applies and all related improvements shall be designed and constructed in compliance with the Town of Lowville Road Specifications set forth in Chapter 174, Article I, , as amended. Storm drainage facilities, water mains, sewers, lights, signs, trees, and fire hydrants shall be provided as required.
