Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection of those streets described in Schedule I (§ TC1-45), attached to and made a part of this Traffic Code.
The speed limit for both directions of traffic along the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule II (§ TC2-46), attached to and made a part of this Traffic Code, is hereby established at the rate of speed indicated.
No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of that indicated in Schedule III (§ TC3-47), in the areas described in said Schedule III, during school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ TC4-48), attached to and made a part of this Traffic Code, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a U-turn on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V (§ TC5-49), attached to and made a part of this Traffic Code.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule VI (§ TC6-50), attached to and made a part of this Traffic Code.
No person shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described in Schedule VII (§ TC7-51), attached to and made a part of this Traffic Code.
The intersections described in Schedule VIII (§ TC8-52), attached to and made a part of this Traffic Code, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The intersections described in Schedule IX (§ TC9-53), attached to and made a part of this Traffic Code, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided herein.

Trucks in excess of the weights indicated, and tractor-trailers regardless of weight, are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule X (§ TC10-54), except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets.
