Air pollution and smoke control — See Ch. 135.
The following areas are hereby designated as no-smoking, tobacco-free zones:
A. 
Any and all areas of the parks of the City of Kingston, including, but not limited to, all playgrounds, pavilions, bleachers, gazebos, Kingston Point Beach, the Nature Center located at Forsyth Park, and the Andretta Pool Complex.
B. 
City property:
(1) 
Inside City-owned buildings.
(2) 
That area which is designated as a fifty-foot radius from the entrances and exits of all City buildings.
(3) 
Veterans Park located in front of City Hall.
(4) 
City Hall parking lot.
(5) 
City-owned vehicles.
(6) 
The stone wall running the length of the City Hall property along Broadway.

C. 
Under the sidewalk canopies within the Pike Plan area of Wall Street and North Front Street in the City of Kingston.
A. 
The Police Chief and/or his designee, the Fire Chief and/or his designee, and the Superintendent of the Department of Public Works and/or his designee are authorized to issue appearance tickets for any violation of this chapter.
B. 
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense, and on conviction shall be punished by a fine of up to $100.
