Prohibited acts. 

§ 90-2
Penalties for offenses. 

The discharge of firearms shall be prohibited within the Village of Washingtonville limits.

Any violation of this chapter shall be punishable, upon conviction, by a maximum fine of $250 or imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both.
