Wherever a space is marked off on any street for the parking of an individual vehicle, every vehicle parked there shall be parked wholly within the lines bounding that space, and it shall be a violation of this Part for any person to park a vehicle or allow it to remain parked otherwise.

Only angle parking shall be permitted on the following portions of streets:

It shall be unlawful for any person to park, or to allow to remain parked, on any of the following streets or parts of streets, any vehicle other than a passenger car (which shall not include any bus, motor home or passenger car attached to a trailer of any kind):

It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand or park a vehicle (other than a pedalcycle) on the roadway side of any vehicle stopped or parked at the edge or curb of any street, except that standing or parking for the purpose of loading or unloading persons or property shall be permitted Monday through Saturday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. and between the hours of 1:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., and for no longer than necessary for the loading or unloading.

Where off-street parking is unavailable, parking is allowed only where there remains a clear and unobstructed width of 20 feet or more of the traveled portion of the street or highway.

1. 
Definitions. As used in this Section, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
IMPROVED PARKING SURFACE
An improved section of land that is constructed of concrete, asphalt, brick or compacted gravel and is free of vegetation of any kind. Used only for the parking or storage of vehicles and trailers that is accessed only from another improved surface or street.
2. 
Any vehicles having a gross weight in excess of 5,000 pounds may not park on residential streets within the Township for more than three hours unless when actively loading or unloading property.
3. 
Any vehicles having a gross weight in excess of 5,000 pounds may not park on residential streets within the Township between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
4. 
All vehicles not legally parked upon a street shall only be parked on an improved parking surface. An improved parking surface shall not include individual unconnected blocks under a vehicle wheels, grass, vegetation or dirt, including hard packed or compacted dirt.

1. 
Any person who violates any provision of this Part shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $30 and costs.
2. 
Any person who violates § 410 of this Part shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $100 and costs.

1. 
Commercial vehicles having a gross weight in excess of 5,000 pounds may not park on residential streets within the Township for more than three hours unless when actively loading or unloading property.
2. 
Commercial vehicles having a gross weight in excess of 5,000 pounds may not park on residential streets within the Township between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
3. 
Any commercial vehicle having a gross weight in excess of 5,000 pounds found to be in violation of this Section shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $100.
