Unless otherwise provided for in this chapter, all electrical
wiring and installations in the town shall be installed, altered or
removed only by or under the supervision of a master electrician,
except for those electrical installations which may be made by the
holder of a Class B license or a Class C license issued pursuant to
this chapter.

All new electrical wiring or installations or extensions of
or alterations or removal of existing installations shall be made
in conformity with the requirements of the National Electrical Code,
being particularly the latest edition of the National Fire Electrical
Code.
