Be it enacted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Celoron,
New York, as follows:
A.
No exemption pursuant to Chapter 525 of the Laws of 1984 shall be
granted under § 458-a of the Real Property Tax Law relating
to veterans real property tax exemptions for the purposes of taxes
levied for the Village of Celoron.
This article shall take effect immediately upon filing with
the Secretary of State; provided, however, that such local law is
subject to a permissive referendum and the Village Clerk forthwith
proceed to notice such fact and conduct such referendum if required
by petition.
