Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection of those streets and shall be a type described in Schedule I (§
467-37).
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule II (§
467-38) are hereby designated as one-way streets, and vehicles shall proceed only in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule III (§
467-39).
The turning of vehicles so as to proceed in the opposite direction (otherwise known as a U-turn) is hereby prohibited on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§
467-40).
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V (§
467-41) are hereby designated as through streets, and stop signs shall be erected at entrances thereto.
The intersections described in Schedule VI (§
467-42) are hereby designated as stop intersections, and stop signs shall be erected as indicated.
The intersections described in Schedule VII (§
467-43) are hereby designated as school stop intersections, and traffic shall stop as indicated at such times as "Full Stop - School Crossing" signs are displayed.
The intersections described in Schedule VIII (§
467-44) are hereby designated as yield intersections, and yield signs shall be erected as indicated.
Thirty miles per hour is hereby established as the maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed within the corporate limits of the Village, except that speed limits for vehicles proceeding on or along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IX (§
467-45) shall be as indicated in said schedule.

A. No person shall operate any motor vehicle in excess of 20 miles per
hour within a school speed zone during the school noon hour, school
recess or while children are going to and from school during school
hours, when such limit and zone are properly signposted as directed
by the Village Board.
B. Said school speed zones shall include that portion of the highway
which is signposted to designate said zone as such and that portion
of the highway adjacent to a school building and extending not more
than 300 feet along such highway in either direction from the building
line of a school abutting on such a highway.
C. The following zones are designated as school speed zones:

(1) River
Street, beginning at the north side of the intersection of Palmer
Avenue and River Street, heading north for a total distance of 1,320
feet.
(2) Main
Street, beginning at the south side of the intersection of Main Street
and Walnut Street, heading north for a total distance of 1,320 feet.
(3) Center
Street, beginning at the south side of the intersection of Center
Street and West Walnut Street, heading north for a total distance
of 1,320 feet.
(4) Oak
Street, beginning 320 feet +/- from the east side of the intersection
of Oak Street and Main Street, traveling east to Second Street, a
total distance of 1,130 +/- feet.
(5) Palmer
Avenue, beginning 175 feet +/- on the east side of the intersection
of Palmer Avenue and Main Street, traveling a total distance of 1,320
feet.
The streets or parts of streets designated in Schedule XI (§
467-47) shall have lanes reserved for the use of vehicles as provided in said schedule.
In accordance with the provisions of § 1111(d) of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, no person shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal at the locations designated in Schedule XII (§
467-48).
