As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
MOTORIZED VEHICLES
Any vehicle operated by means of a motor.
PARKS
A reservation, playground or any other recreation area in the Village owned by the Village and devoted to recreation purposes. "Park" shall also be deemed to include any building or recreation facility located on Village property used for recreation purposes.
All Village parks shall be closed between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. No person or persons shall enter upon or remain in the park or any buildings or grounds thereof between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. except pursuant to authorization of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Celoron. The opening and closing hours of the parks shall be posted at each entrance to the parks so that such openings and closings shall be easily noticeable by the public.
A. 
Swimming. No person or persons shall be allowed to swim or wade within the shoreline boundaries known as Lucille Ball Memorial Park.
B. 
Motorized vehicles. No motorized vehicles shall be permitted to enter upon the premises known as Village Parks unless specifically authorized by the Board of Trustees

C. 
Defacing property. No person or persons shall be permitted to enter upon the premises known as Village Parks to willfully damage or deface any structure or structures, or any property or equipment installed for public use.
D. 
Littering restrictions. See Chapter 139, Peace and Good Order, § 139-3A, B and C. Penalty for violations, see § 139-4.
E. 
Bicycles. No person shall bring, use or possess, or permit to be brought, used or possessed, a bicycle on the Village premises known as Lucille Ball Memorial Park.

F. 
Dogs. See Chapter 65, Article I, Dog Control, § 65-3I. Penalty for violations, see § 65-14, Penalties for offenses.
G. 
Alcoholic beverages. See Chapter 60, Alcoholic Beverages, §§ 60-3 and 60-6A and B. Penalty for violations, see § 60-8.
H. 
Waterfowl. No person or persons shall feed any ducks, geese, or other waterfowl at any Village Park.

I. 
Skateboards and roller skating. No persons shall be allowed to skateboard, roller skate, or roller blade in a Village Park. The Board of Trustees shall have the authority to waive this restriction by resolution for special events.

A. 
Definition: The launch ramp area will be defined as a concrete area and wood docks at the end of Dunham Avenue which are used for launching boats.
B. 
Boat dock and launch ramp rules and regulations.

(1) 
No overnight docking.
(2) 
The Village of Celoron shall not be responsible for boat and/or belongings.
(3) 
No swimming off dock or launch area.
(4) 
No bikes or motorized vehicles on dock.
(5) 
Secure all belongings, including motors, cushions, etc., on both areas.
(6) 
No skiing within 150 feet of dock and launch area.
(7) 
No children under 16 on dock or launch area unless accompanied by an adult.
(8) 
Must report any disturbance of any boat and/or gear to the Village Clerk's Office or Town of Ellicott Police immediately.

Any violation of any provisions of this chapter by any person shall be punishable by the fine not to exceed $250 or imprisonment not to exceed 15 days, or both. Each week's continued violation shall constitute a separate and additional violation.
