The County Commissioners shall prepare and publish annually,
in such form as they shall determine, a cumulative supplement to the
Code of Public Local Laws of Charles County. The supplement shall
include whatever ordinances, resolutions or regulations that have
been adopted by the County Commissioners which they direct to be included
in the supplement.
