[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village
of Piermont 11-27-2012 by L.L. No. 4-2012. Amendments noted where

The annual election in the Village of Piermont, New York, for
the election of all elective Village offices shall be held and conducted
in the fall of each year, coincident with the general fall elections
held in accordance with and as provided by the federal election laws
and the Election Law of the State of New York and any amendments thereto
changing or varying the date of the general fall elections.
The official year of the Village of Piermont, New York, shall
begin at 12:00 noon on the first day of January and end on the first
day of each January thereafter, commencing on the first day of January
2012.
This chapter is intended to supersede the provisions of Village
Law § 3-302 to the extent that it is inconsistent therewith.
