For construction or replacement of curbs on roadways 30 feet
or more in width, full-height concrete curbs shall be required. For
construction or replacement of curbs on roadways less than 30 feet
in width, mountable curbs shall be required. A detailed plan for such
installation shall be submitted to the Borough Engineer for review
and approval, which shall be in accordance with the specifications
set forth in Appendix A to this chapter.[1]
