It is unlawful to enter or remain upon the property of another knowing that consent to enter or remain has been denied or withdrawn by the owner or occupant thereof.

It is unlawful to lurk, lie in wait or be concealed upon the property of another without physical or lawful business with the owner or occupant thereof.
