No person shall make a U-turn on any of the
streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XV attached to and
made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated
(left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule XVI
attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a right turn when facing
a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described
in Schedule XVII whenever official signs are present prohibiting such
turn.

A.
MOTORIST
Definitions.
For the purposes of this section, the following terms shall be defined
to mean:
An individual who is driving a motor vehicle of any type,
including but not limited to cars, trucks, SUVs, and motorcycles.
B.
Offenses.
It shall be unlawful for motorists to make left-hand turns from President
Street onto 6th Street, 7th Street, 8th Street, or 9th Street at any
time.
C.
Penalties.
Any person found guilty of having violated this section shall be subject
to a fine of $100 for a first offense, $250 for a second offense,
and $350 for a third or subsequent offense. A person found guilty
of having violated this section shall also be subject to any and all
applicable New Jersey State statutes.
