There is hereby established the office of Inspector of Weights
and Measures. The Inspector shall be appointed as provided by law.

In addition to the sealing fees provided for by item (j) of
General Laws, Chapter 98, Section 56, a charge of $3 shall be made
for the calibration by the Inspector of Weights and Measures of each
vehicle tank used in the sale of commodities by liquid measure in
the case of firms who maintain their principal place of business and
garage their vehicle in the City.
For all other such vehicle tanks, calibrated by the Inspector
of Weights and Measures there shall be a service charge of $15.

The fee for a license to sell all alcoholic beverages on the
premises of a drug store or pharmacy shall be $350.
