§ 110-16 Permit fees. [1]

Fees assessed for building permits shall be set from time to time by the governing body.

§ 110-17 Enforcement of building code.

The building code adopted by § 110-1 shall be enforced by the Director of Public Works.

§ 110-18 Violations.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of the building code hereby adopted in this chapter or who shall fail to comply therewith shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
