(a)
There is hereby established a Board of Survey and Planning which
shall have all of the powers given to the Board of Survey by General
Laws, Chapter 41, §§ 73 through 81. In March of each
year one member of the Board shall be appointed by the Mayor subject
to confirmation by the Council for a term of five years beginning
on the first day of March.
(b)
The members of the Board shall meet as soon as convenient after March
1 of each year, unless otherwise provided by law, and organize by
the choice of a Chairman.
