The Board of Trustees of the Village of Castleton-on-Hudson
does hereby adopt a service charge, in an amount as set from time
to time by resolution of said Board, for checks which are dishonored
and returned for insufficient funds (and to thereafter require future
payments to be tendered in cash or by certified or cashier's
check).
Such service charge shall be collected in the same manner prescribed
by law for the collection of the account for which the check was tendered.
