§ 77-2 Schedule II: Through Streets.

A. List of through streets.

§ 77-3 Schedule III: One-Way Streets.

§ 77-4 Schedule IV: Village-Wide Speed Limit.

Unless speed limits are posted along the streets with a special speed limit as provided for within the Village Code, motor vehicles may not travel at a rate of speed that exceeds 25 miles per hour on any street under the Village's jurisdiction. The maximum speed limit applicable to public alleys within the Village as provided in 65 ILCS 5/11-601(c) shall not be increased by this section.

§ 77-5 Schedule V: Special Speed Limits.

General speed restrictions applicable throughout the Village are set forth in Chapter 71, Rules of Operation, § 71-1. The following special speed limits are hereby established:

§ 77-6 Schedule VI: U-Turns Prohibited.

The following streets are prohibited for U-turns:

Country Place Apartments at its intersection with Spring Road

North Broadway Street and North Division Street

South Broadway Street and Walnut Street

Spring Road at its intersection with Country Place Apartments

§ 77-7 Schedule VII: Turns Prohibited.

A. Left turns prohibited. No motor vehicle shall make a left turn in the following designated area:

From the exit at the business located at 2 South Broadway onto Broadway

B. Right turns prohibited. No motor vehicle shall make a right turn in the following designated area:

Division Street (eastbound) into the alleyway between Division Street and Gordon Street, being an alley 1/2 block west of Broadway

C. Right turn on red prohibited. No motor vehicle shall make a right turn at the intersection of Broadway and Division Street during a steady red light on school days when children are present.

§ 77-8 Schedule VIII: Truck Routes.

Truck routes are established in the Village as follows:

§ 77-9 Schedule IX: No Exits.

Vehicles exiting the alleys designated below are prohibited from proceeding as indicated:

§ 77-99 Penalty.

Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter for which no other penalty is specified shall be subject to the penalty set forth in § 70-99 of the Code.
