The business registration form shall be obtained from and submitted to the Village Clerk or his or her designee. Upon receipt of a completed registration form, the Village Clerk or his or her designee shall then provide one copy to the applicable fire protection district, one copy to the Coal City Police Department and shall keep the original in the Village's registration file.
