A.
It shall be unlawful for any person who is in a state of intoxication
or drunkenness to be or appear under any circumstances in any street
or public place or in any place or premises open to public view within
the Village. It shall be unlawful for any such person to be or appear
in any private house or place to the annoyance of any person.
B.
It shall be unlawful for any person to drink alcoholic beverages
or alcoholic liquors in any street, sidewalk, alley, or other unlicensed
public place or in or upon any vehicle commonly used for the transportation
of passengers or in or upon any depot, platform, or waiting room of
any public carrier.
A.
It shall be unlawful for any person to transport, carry, possess,
or have any alcoholic liquor on or about his or her person on any
public street, alley, sidewalk, or other public property within the
Village except in the original package with the seal unbroken.
B.
It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, offer for sale, keep
for sale, or consume any alcoholic liquor on any public street, alley,
sidewalk, or other public property within the Village.
