Each manufactured home lot or space designed to accommodate one manufactured home shall have a minimum area of 9,000 square feet, or right-of-way. Exceptions to this are noted in Article VI of this chapter.
Each manufactured home lot or space shall have a minimum width
of 60 feet.
Manufactured home stands for manufactured homes shall be arranged
so as to provide a distance of at least 30 feet or more between individual
manufactured homes or 15 feet from the property or lot line.
Each manufactured home shall be placed not less than 35 feet
from the right-of-way of any existing public highway.
