Wherever a space is marked off on any street for the parking
of an individual vehicle, every vehicle parked there shall be parked
wholly within the lines bounding that space, and it shall be a violation
of this article for any person to park a vehicle or allow it to remain
parked otherwise.

Only angle parking shall be permitted on the following portions

2. It shall be unlawful and a violation of this section for any person
to park in any such reserved parking space any vehicle unless that
vehicle bears or displays either a handicapped registration plate,
a handicapped parking placard, a disabled veteran registration plate
or a disabled veteran placard.
3. Any person who violates any provision of this section shall, upon
conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25.

It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand or park a
vehicle (other than a pedalcycle) on the roadway side of any vehicle
stopped or parked at the edge or curb of any street, except that standing
or parking for the purpose of loading or unloading persons or property
shall be permitted on the following named streets on Monday through
Saturday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. and between
the hours of 1:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., and for no longer than necessary
for the loading or unloading.

Any person who violates any provision of this Part shall, upon
conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $15 and costs.

Except while actually loading or unloading and rendering requested service to property owners or tenants in the Borough of East Lansdowne, it shall be unlawful for any person to park or stop, for a period exceeding one hour, any commercial vehicle (as defined in §
15-411) in any area of the Borough of East Lansdowne zoned residential district under the East Lansdowne Zoning Ordinance and any subsequent amendments thereto, either on the public streets or on private property, unless such vehicle is fully enclosed in a garage. This prohibition shall not apply to vehicles serving official Borough purposes, public school purposes, fire company purposes or public utility purposes (or to contractors actually erecting or repairing buildings in the Borough).

For the purpose of this Part, "commercial vehicle" is hereby
defined to include all and any truck, tractor, trailer, or tractor-trailer
combination or any other vehicle usable for commercial purposes having
the registered gross or combined weight classification of Class 3
or higher (7,001 pounds or higher) as set forth in the Pennsylvania
Motor Vehicle Code of 1976, as amended, 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 1916.

1. No person shall park a vehicle or permit it to stand, whether attended
or unattended, upon a highway of the Borough in any of the following
places:
A. Within 15 feet of a fire hydrant.
B. In a designated fire zone.
2. Any person who violates any of these provisions shall, upon conviction,
be sentenced to pay a fine of $25.
