No person, firm, association or corporation shall install or
construct in any sink or other outlet in any dwelling, house, apartment,
store, restaurant, office or other place of business, a garbage grinder,
disposal unit or similar mechanism which discharges the residue or
debris into the sanitary sewer system or any other sewer system operated
and maintained either by the Borough or by the Borough in conjunction
with others.

No person, firm, association or corporation shall use or operate

restaurant, office or other place of business, a garbage grinder,
disposal unit or similar mechanism which discharges the residue or
debris into the sanitary sewer system or any other sewer system operated
and maintained either by the Borough or by the Borough in conjunction
with others.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this Part 5 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay
a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $600 plus costs, and
in default of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to
exceed 30 days. Every day that a violation of this Part continues
shall constitute a separate offense.
