No person shall maliciously, willfully or negligently break,
damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structures, appurtenances
or equipment which is a part of the Town sewerage works.
The Inspector, the Engineer and other duly authorized employees
of the Town and authorized employees of the United States Environmental
Protection Agency and the NYSDEC, bearing proper credentials and identifications,
shall be permitted to enter upon all properties for the purpose of
inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing in accordance
with the provisions of this Part 1.
