No person or persons in the Village of Corinth shall keep or
expose any game or device for gaming, or shall bet on any game known
as cards, faro, roulette, dice, wheel of fortune, keno, three-card
monte, thimble rigging, patent safe or similar game or games, or shall
be a lookout or gamekeeper at any game with cards or other game, upon
the result of which any money or property shall depend.
No person or persons shall keep any disorderly house or house
of ill fame or gambling house within the Village of Corinth.
No person or persons shall knowingly let, rent or lease any
house or room for or to be used for the purpose of gaming or prostitution
or for the resort of disorderly persons within the Village of Corinth.
No prostitute or woman of ill fame shall solicit or invite any
man or boy in any of the public streets or public places to accompany
her, or shall appear on any of the public streets for the purpose
of soliciting men and boys, or either, to accompany her.
No person shall use obscene or profane language or indecent
conduct, or write, mark or post up obscene or indecent figures or
words on any building, fence or sign or any place, in the Village
of Corinth within sight.
No person shall bathe unless clothed in some decent bathing
garment, or appear undressed or make indecent exposure at any place
in view of any street, dwelling house or place of business within
the Village of Corinth.
Any person committing an offense against the provisions of this
article shall be guilty of a violation under the Penal Law and, upon
conviction thereof, shall be punishable for each offense by a fine
of not more than $250 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days,
or both.

No person shall be guilty of any riotous or disorderly conduct
calculated to provoke a disturbance of the peace in any street or
about the premises of any inhabitant of the Village of Corinth, or
in or about such premises be guilty of any quarreling or making of
any noise so as to disturb the peace and quiet of the immediate neighborhood.
No person shall remove, break, mar, injure or deface any building,
fence, shade tree (except the owner thereof), awning, sign, signboard,
post or any ornamental thing in the Village of Corinth.
All persons are prohibited from throwing snowballs, stones or
other missiles upon the sidewalks or in the streets of this Village.
No person or persons shall willfully give a false alarm of fire
or destroy or tear down any notices or handbills lawfully posted.
No person or persons shall open any street hydrant except by
consent of the Superintendent of Public Works or Fire Chief or for
the extinguishment of dangerous fires, and no person shall deposit
any building material or other articles so as to obstruct free access
to any street hydrant, or in any manner willfully break or injure
such hydrant, or shall in any manner injure the water pipes or curbs
or defile the water.
