A. 
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $2,000, imprisonment in the county/municipal jail for a term not exceeding 90 days, or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, or any combination thereof as determined by the Municipal Court Judge. Each day on which a violation of an ordinance exists shall be considered a separate and distinct violation and shall be subject to imposition of a separate penalty for each day of the violation as the Municipal Court Judge may determine.
B. 
The penalty provided for in this section shall be deemed in addition to the provisions for suspension and revocation of licenses set forth herein.

If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, or portion of this chapter shall be adjudged invalid for any reason whatsoever, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision, and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions hereof which shall remain in full force and effect.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict or inconsistent with this chapter are hereby repealed, but only to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency.
This chapter shall take effect after final passage and upon expiration of 20 days following publication unless otherwise provided by resolution of this City Council.
