B.
Penalties. Every person convicted of an infraction of any provision
of this section shall, for a first conviction thereof, be punished
by a fine of not more than $15. Should said fine not be paid within
a thirty-day period, any person convicted of an infraction of any
provision of this section shall, on said conviction, be punished by
a fine of not more than $30.
