The Council, at its discretion, may provide, at convenient and suitable locations in one or both of the unmetered parking lots, reserved parking spaces for the handicapped and shall designate those spaces by appropriate signs. It shall be unlawful and a violation of this article for any person to park in any such reserved parking space unless that vehicle bears or displays either a handicapped registration plate, a handicapped parking placard or a disabled veteran placard. All provisions, requirements and restrictions contained in the other sections of this article shall apply to vehicles lawfully parked in reserved parking spaces for the handicapped.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle or to allow a vehicle to remain parked in any unmetered parking lot for longer than the maximum parking time prescribed by § 152-20 of this article or at any time when the lot is not in operation and is closed to public use.
The unmetered parking lots established by § 152-20 of this article shall be for the use of passenger cars, passenger vans and pickup trucks only, and it shall be unlawful for any person to park any other kind or class of vehicle in any such lot.
Every vehicle parked in an unmetered parking lot shall be parked wholly within the lines bounding or marking the individual parking space assigned to that vehicle. It shall be unlawful for any person: to park a vehicle otherwise than as required by this section or to park a vehicle elsewhere than in an individual parking space, the prohibited areas including, but not limited to, the access and exit driveways and turning and maneuvering spaces.

Except as otherwise provided in the Vehicle Code, this article shall be enforced by a criminal action in the same manner provided for the enforcement of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure. A person convicted of violating this article shall be sentenced to pay a fine not to exceed $1,000 per violation, plus court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by the Borough of Sellersville, or to imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both. Violations of more than one provision of this article shall constitute separate violations. Each day that a violation of any provision of this article continues or occurs shall constitute a separate violation.
