Whenever a parcel of land, along with any structures and appurtenances
thereto is acquired by the City of Biddeford through foreclosure,
purchase, or otherwise, the City Manager is authorized to restrict
access and use of the said property by others, and have it so posted.
Once posted to the satisfaction of the Police Chief, the Police Department
will prosecute trespassers, and may cause the removal, at the owner's
expense, of property including vehicles, not permitted on the site.
