The Town may accept, receive and hold in trust the income presently
accumulated and which may be accumulated in the future from the Mary
Holcomb Loomis Trust for the care, repair, maintenance and improvement
of the Clarinda Pettibone Holcomb Private Cemetery located on Hartford
Avenue.
