Article I Creation

§ 128-1 Statutory authority; compensation of members. [1]

The Town hereby creates a Board of Finance in accordance with C.G.S. Chapter 112 and § 9-202, as amended. All will serve without compensation.

Article II Alternate Members

§ 128-2 Appointment; term.

The Board of Finance is hereby authorized to appoint two alternates to its Board. Said appointments are to be for a three-year term in accordance with C.G.S. § 7-340a.
