Town of East Granby, CT Article IV Permit Fees

§ 196-11 Payment required prior to issuance of permit. [1]

No building permit required by the Building Code shall be valid until the building permit fees have been paid.

§ 196-12 Calculation of fees.

Building permit fees are calculated by the Building Official based on the estimated cost of construction determined in a manner established by the Board of Selectmen multiplied by a rate established by the Board of Selectmen.

§ 196-13 Exemption for Town projects.

Town projects are exempt from permit fees but must have permits as required by the Building Code.

§ 196-14 Certificates of occupancy.

There are no fees charged for certificates of occupancy.
