§ 312-1 Smoking prohibited.

Smoking is prohibited on all Borough athletic fields, basketball courts, playgrounds and tennis courts.

§ 312-2 Exceptions.

Smoking is permitted within 50 feet of any Borough athletic fields, basketball courts, playgrounds and tennis courts. Smoking is also permitted within 50 feet of the Municipal Building entrance doors.

§ 312-3 Signage authorized.

Signs identifying the prohibition are hereby authorized to be posted.

§ 312-4 Violations and penalties.

Any person who violates this section shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $100.
