GENERAL REFERENCES
Building construction — See Ch. 252.
[Amended 9-15-2014]
There shall continue to be a Building Board of Appeals consisting
of five members. Each such member shall be appointed in accordance
with § 29-266 of the General Statutes for a term of five
years. Not more than four members of said Board shall be members of
the same political party.

The Board shall have all the powers and duties designated to
boards of building appeals as set forth in § 29-266 of the
General Statutes.
