Community septic or sewage systems (defined as systems which
serve more than a single dwelling unit) shall not be permitted anywhere
within the Town of Easton.
[Amended 9-15-2014]
All requirements for sewage disposal for residences within the
Town of Easton shall be by the use of individual septic systems subject
to the oversight of the Town Health Department.
This article shall not apply to community septic or sewage systems
for municipal nonresidential structures.
