No person, firm or corporation shall allow any vehicle used
or owned by him or it or registered in his or its name to remain on
a public street during or after a snowstorm in such a manner as to
interfere with the work of removing or plowing snow or removing ice
or in such a manner as to create a traffic hazard.
Any vehicle remaining on a street in violation of § 421-11 may be removed, towed or conveyed by or at the direction of any member of the Police Department by means of towing the same or otherwise to any Town property or outdoor parking area or to a commercial place.

The Board of Police Commissioners is authorized to designate
one or more suitable places for the impounding of motor vehicles.
Impounded motor vehicles may be repossessed only upon payment of a
towing charge and a storage charge. Said charges shall be set by the
Board of Police Commissioners from time to time. Preference will be
given by the Board of Police Commissioners to garages and towing facilities
located within the Town of Easton.
No person, firm or corporation, including those owning, leasing,
occupying or having charge of any premises, shall cause or allow the
removal or deposit of snow from said premises onto the traveled portion
of any public street.
