Incorporated in these Rules and Regulations and made a part hereof are standard specifications for all required materials and work to construct ways and install the municipal improvements necessary to serve adequately all the lots shown on the definitive subdivision plans approved or to be approved by the Board. These specifications are set forth in the following documents: Standard Specifications for Highways and Bridges, current edition with subsequent amendments, published by the MassDOT, and in the applicable policies, rules, bylaws and guidelines of the Board, the Town Engineer (if any), the Sewer Commissioner, the Chief of the Fire Department, the Board of Health, the Conservation Commission, the Tree Warden, and the Highway Superintendent,[1] all as then on file with the Town Clerk.
