[Adopted 11-20-2012 by Ord. No. 2012-04]
The agreement attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference
as Exhibit A is hereby adopted by New Hope Borough, Bucks County,
Pennsylvania.[1] The purpose of the agreement is to work with Bucks County
to cooperate in the implementation of a public safety record sharing
project known as the "Law Enforcement Records Management System" (the
System).

The appropriate officers of New Hope Borough are hereby authorized
to execute the agreement for the purposes set forth therein.
