It shall be lawful for any organization, upon obtaining a license therefor, as hereinafter provided, to conduct the game of bingo within the territorial limits of the Town of Colden, subject to the provisions of this chapter, the provisions of Article 14-H (§§ 475-499) of the General Municipal Law and the provisions of the State Bingo Control Law.[3]

Any authorized organization shall be permitted to conduct games of chance, under any license issued pursuant to this ordinance, on one Sunday only in any calendar year hereafter, and, except as herein provided, no games of chance shall be conducted on the first day of the week commonly known and designated as "Sunday."[1]
