Editor's Note: Former Ch. 25, Residency Requirements, which
comprised Art. I, Police Officers, adopted 9-23-1997 by L.L. No. 2-1997,
was repealed 1-9-2001 by L.L. No. 1-2001.

The appointed position of Department of Public Works (DPW) Superintendent
may be filled with any qualified person having residency in the Village
of Alexandria Bay or within the Town of Alexandria.
