The approval provisions of the within chapter shall be administered by the Land Use Board of the Township of Eagleswood in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 291 of the Laws of 1975 (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq.), and the amendments thereof and supplements thereto, except in those instances in said statute specifically requiring action by the Township Committee or other municipal officials.

A. 
These rules, regulations and standards shall be considered the minimum requirements for the protection of the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the Township of Eagleswood.
B. 
The Land Use Board, in considering a major subdivision, in addition to all other requirements, must also review the subdivision to determine whether existing community facilities or plans or reasonable possibilities for expanding such facilities are adequate to provide for the needs of future residents of the proposed development.
The Land Use Board shall prepare bylaws and rules and regulations for its procedures and operation, subject to this chapter and applicable statutes, and the necessary terms to implement the same.

The Land Use Board shall have those powers as delineated and set forth in N.J.S.A. 40:55D-60, in addition to those herein set forth.

Whenever there is provided in this chapter action to be taken by a municipal agency or applicant, said act or decision shall be made within the times prescribed by Chapter 291 of the Laws of 1975 (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq.).
