Editor's Note: This resolution repealed former Art. III,
Marriage Licenses, adopted 12-17-1991 by Res. No. 91-104.
There is hereby imposed an additional $30 fee for marriage licenses
to be used by the County Commissioners of Charles County, Maryland,
to offset the costs of providing domestic violence programs.
The funds collected by the Clerk of the Circuit Court are to
be deposited to the account of the County Commissioners of Charles
County, Maryland.
